These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Catalyft's website, the Catalyft AI Academy, OpenClaw, and any related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Academy access

The Catalyft AI Academy is currently free. Create an account at /login, then visit /courses and use the "Request a Free Course Access Code" form. We'll email your access code within 24 hours with instructions to unlock all 100 courses. We are not selling Academy subscriptions on the site at this time. Any future paid plans or billing terms will be communicated in advance and are not in effect today.

Acceptable use

• Don't share account access, scrape course content, or resell the Services.
• Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or circumvent security controls.
• Don't use the Services to violate any law or third-party right.

Intellectual property

All course content, software, and materials are owned by Catalyft or its licensors and provided under a limited, non-transferable, revocable license for your personal or internal business use.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Catalyft is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time by closing your account.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or through the Services. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
